Currency – All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

Photographs – Great care has been taken to ensure true accuracy of all colours shown are correct, however it should be noted that colours can vary from computer to computer. We can 100% guarantee that the products shown in the images are the true and actual products. All images & photographs on this website cannot be copied, reproduced or edited in any form without prior approval from www.twolittlefeet.co.nz.

Discount Codes – If you have a valid discount code, you need to enter it at the time of checkout to get the discount. If you do not enter a valid discount code at the time of checkout, we cannot retrospectively give you that discount or refund you the amount of the discount. 

If you are using a discount code you may be required to provide your card or registration number qualifying you for that particular discount.

Only one discount code can be used per order, and no laybys can be arranged when using discount codes.

Discount codes cannot be used for Clearance products or to purchase Gift Vouchers. Discount codes are applicable to the full RRP price only.

Backorders/Delivery Dates – Our products are popular and they often fly out the door very fast. When we know we have products arriving in the not-too-distant future, we like to let you know and give you the opportunity to pre-order/backorder that product so that you do not miss out when the product arrives. When product that has been pre-ordered arrives, we always aim to dispatch it to you on the next business day. While we put estimated delivery dates for arrival of pre-ordered products on our website, unfortunately these dates can change as delays can occur that are out of our hands (such as storms while at sea or even a hold up by MAF/NZ Customs). Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than our original estimated date. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but if you are ordering by backorder or pre-order please do not rely on it being there by a specific date – we don’t like kids being disappointed on their birthdays!

Delivery – All products are dispatched via Track & Trace courier and must be delivered to a physical address. We offer a range of delivery options suited to your requirements.

Returns – We want you to always be happy with your purchase, therefore if you change your mind about an item purchased or it is damaged or defective simply return it for a replacement, refund or exchange. All returns must be in their original condition including all protective packaging and returned within 10 days of you having received the goods.

If upon delivery your item is defective please let us know. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We require you to cover freight costs to return back to us. Once received back we will refund in full the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping costs. Refer to our "returns & exchanges" page for further details.

Please note we do not accept returns/exchanges for any items purchased "on sale". Our returns and exchange policy refers to "full priced" items purchased only.

Any returns will have the associated loyalty points earned on that purchase deducted from their loyalty reward account.

Privacy – Your personal information is safe with us. We will not pass on any information you supply without your consent to persons outside of our organisation. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included on our email database for future offers and new products.

Payment – We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only) or direct credit to our bank account. We reserve the right to cancel any orders completed by bank deposit if payment is not received within 7 days from the date of your order. We will where possible send you a courtisy email reminder if after 4 business days we have not received payment from you for your order to notify of an impending cancellation.
